Portrait of a Graduate Student Feedback Survey

Administrative Memo

Students in grades 6-12 are being asked to contribute their ideas on what the SLCSD Portrait of a Graduate will be. Schools will need to set aside 20-30 minutes to allow students to take this important survey on Oct 2nd. The student survey coincides with a parent survey that will be going via ParentSquare.

Secondary schools should use ELA courses to ensure every student with parent permission can participate in this important process. Elementary schools should plan a block for 6th grade students to participate by the deadline. Please communicate your planned day to Dr. Jefferies via this Microsoft Form.

In case any questions arise, here is the information you should know:

  • This survey is ANONYMOUS, and participants should be encouraged to complete it honestly.
  • Student Survey: Students can access the survey through the Student Survey Module in Clever. To increase response rates, we encourage you to work with your teachers to set aside time for students to complete their surveys during school hours.

Any questions can be directed to the Assessment Supervisor, Dr. Patrick Jefferies (patrick.jefferies@slcschools.org).
